Guang Shun Xing focuses on Cantonese cuisine, led by experienced chefs that has studied local catering and culture and is dedicated to preserving its traditional flavors. Guan Shun Xing established itself in Zhengzhou, Henan (though Henan is not of Cantonese origin) in 2017 and has grown to operate over 600 stores nationwide. The company is currently expanding its market presence across China, opening approximately 20 to 30 new stores each month. Guang Shun Xing has already initiated plans to strategically expand into international markets.
Sanquan Food Co, established in 1992 is a pioneering and leading Chinese producer of frozen foods. With over 20,000 employees and 35 facilities across China, it specializes in a wide range of Chinese-style frozen and ambient temperature foods like tangyuan, dumplings, zongzi, noodles, and pastries, producing hundreds of varieties annually. Sanquan Food holds a dominant domestic market share exceeding 20%, consistently ranking as the industry leader for many years. Its R&D center is a leading institution in the fields of food research, nutrition and inspection and testing. They also target key markets in North America, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
Fat Dong Lai, established in 1995, is a well-known retail giant in Henan. Fat Dong Lai operates department stores, appliance stores, and supermarkets, where Fat Dong Lai Department Store has over 30 chain stores that employ over 7,000 people. Known for its unique business model of humanistic employee management and customer-focused services, Fat Dong Lai has garnered widespread consumer appeal and positive social media buzz, bringing substantial traffic to the city.
Ba Niu Mao Du Hotpot was founded in 2001, pioneering the category of tripe hotpot and prides itself heavily in its products. Currently, it has over 100 directly operated stores, 3 central kitchens, and 1 base sauce processing factory, employing more than 7,000 staff and serving over 10 million customers annually. Ba Niu Mao Du Hotpot is often directly compared to Hai Di Lao, where its products are deemed to be of better quality.
Hu Ya Chao Ji is a leading stir-fried chicken brand in China. Though it was founded during peak Covid period in 2020, it has since expanded into core cities in China with over 300 stores, establishing itself as the traffic leader and a favorite dining brand among young people. Hu Ya Chao Ji is known for its "home-style" cooking and is continuously innovating and iterating its products, service, and visual presentation, focusing on delivering a high-quality, cost-effective experience to meet the evolving demands of customers and create value consistently.
During its establishment in 2001, Sibling Potato Noodles operated with just four-square meters of space. Now, it has expanded to over 500 chain stores across the country, establishing a large central food factory and providing employment opportunities to tens of thousands of people. As the pioneer and leader of the potato noodle category, Siblings Potato Noodles also successfully developed aluminum-free frozen potato noodle packs, making outstanding contributions to food safety, and becoming a leading brand in China.
